As is its vision - to be your first bank - and the first in Kuwait, Warba Finance & Dev Bank obtained the ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System Certificate.

Today, Wednesday, September 6, 2023, a ceremony was held for Warba Finance & Dev Bank to obtain the ISO 9001-2015 certificate.

On this occasion, Mr. Shawki Ahmed Hayel, Chairman of the Board of Directors, praised the bank’s obtaining this certificate and expressed his pride in the accomplishment achieved by the bank, and thanked the working team for their fruitful and continuous efforts. He also stressed the bank's continued commitment to achieving the highest standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of its work.

During the ceremony, the distinguished team that contributed to obtaining this prestigious certificate, which is a tribute to the quality and excellence of the bank’s services, was honored. The certificate reflects Warba Finance & Dev Bank’s commitment to providing high-quality services and meeting the needs and expectations of customers.

The ISO 9000 group of certificates is the most widely known globally as a standard that serves many different industries and institutions and a guide for the quality of products, services and management, which gives the organization an international character as being compatible with the ISO 9000 standards for the industry in which it operates.

This ceremony was attended by the Deputy Director General, Mr. Bashir Al-Maqtari, the Advisor to the Director-General, Mr. Arif Mutahar, the Head of the Electronic Services and Marketing Sector, Mr. Osama Al-Ariqi, and all employees of Warba Finance & Dev Bank.
